Nature Gift Pickle



Thousands of years ago, there was a tradition in Egypt, which is known by the whole world, and it was a tradition that whenever a person died, it was kept using different kinds of spices and oil, that is why even today  Thousands of years old dead bodies are still found in good condition.  Similarly, the people of ancient Egypt followed the same principle to protect their food items from spoilage. According to some people, if a person is short of funds and cannot arrange adequate food in his house, then he and his whole family can consume pickles.  The older the pickle is, the better.

 But you may also face some problems due to consuming it in large quantities. If the ingredients used in it are pure and made in good oil while making pickles, then even after that if you consume it as per the requirement.  It does not harm you. But consuming it in excess can spoil your health, that is, it can cause heat in your body.

Nature has given us some such fruits and vegetables which in Ayurveda is considered as the nectar of nectar and sanjeevani booti.  For example, like Amla.


Amla is considered very powerful in Ayurveda and pickle of gooseberry is also made. If you eat one or two strikes while eating it, the man feels so delicious that you will get a lot of pleasure by coming here.  If pickle of all vegetables is kept in your house, you can spend your time happily after eating it for a very long time.
